Registration

Thank you very much for registering to participate in ICITS 2009.

Please confirm all the articles below prior to your registration, then press the "Registration Form" button located at the bottom of this page to finalize your registration.

It is strongly recommended that you complete your registration before the conference. A confirmation e-mail with your registration number will be sent to you after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when making inquiries to the ICITS 2009 Registration Office.

Please note that only cash payment will be accepted for on-site registration. Furthermore, banquet seats for participants registering on-site cannot be guaranteed as the booking needs to be finalized in advance.

[Presenters]

Obligatory registration deadline for presenters: 12 October 2009 (17:00 Japan time)

Please note that papers will NOT be included in the programs and the proceedings unless you register and pay the registration fee by the deadline above.

• It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present each paper.

[Non-presenters]

Early registration deadline for non-presenters: 7 November 2009 (17:00 Japan time)

If you are a student, please make sure to send a copy of your student identification to the Registration Office by fax at +81-3-5298-4522.

[Payment]

Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card through the online payment system. VISA, MasterCard, DC, JCB, and AMEX are accepted. The link to the online payment system will be displayed when you confirm the registration. Please make sure to continue with the payment until the end as your registration will not be considered finalized if the payment transaction is not completed. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you following successful registration. Should you not receive an e-mail after 2-3 days of registering, please contact the Registration Office.

[Issuance of Receipts]

The receipt of your payment will be handed to you at the registration desk on the day of the conference. If you wish to receive it earlier, please contact the Registration Office by e-mail.

[List of Participants]

A list of participants will be distributed at the conference. Please register by 12:00 (Japan time, UTC+9) on Thursday, 26 November 2009 in order for your information to be included in the list.

[Visa Supporting Documents]

The committee will prepare visa supporting documents to participants registered for the conference.

Please contact the embassy of your country yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa, and apply for your visa well in advance. Please contact the icits2009-visa@m.aist.go.jp Registration Office for inquiries and requests regarding your visa.
