ON-SITE REGISTRATION

You are welcomed to register and pay on-site. Details are available at the information desk.

Early bird registration will close on 2008/02/10. Online registration will close on 2008/03/11.

HOW TO REGISTER

Registration is made via the online registration server at ICS Convention Design, Inc. If electronic submission is unavailable, please print out the online registration form and fill in the necessary items and fax the completed form to the Registration Office. Note that ACM members and students should provide their ACM member numbers and proofs of their student status, respectively.

CONFIRMATION

Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the Registration Desk to receive the symposium materials.

CANCELLATION

Notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee applies, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation.

By Feb. 10, 2008: JPY 5,000 plus bank handling charge
From Feb. 11 2008: 100% of the amount paid (No refund)
